There are currently no known outages or major incidents affecting Lightning IP services.
If you are experiencing an issue with your internet, phone system, or other service, please contact our support team.
We can check the status of your individual service and run diagnostics where available.
Please note that not all service issues are caused by a widespread outage. Some issues may be isolated to a single premises, nbn service, customer router, Wi-Fi network, handset, or other local equipment.
Before reporting a fault
Before contacting support, please power cycle your equipment by turning it off at the power point, waiting at least 30 seconds, and then turning it back on.
For internet services, this usually includes your modem/router and nbn connection box, where applicable. For phone system issues, this may also include your handset, cordless base station, or network equipment.
Once everything has restarted, please allow a few minutes for the service to reconnect and test again before raising a fault.
