Customers must sign up for an eligible high-speed plan and commit to maintaining it for 12 months to receive the upgrade. Eligible nbn plans for upgrade start at 100/20 or higher for FTTN & FTTC connections. Additional costs may apply in some cases, and we will advise you if they are required.
